As subcontract finishers, we need to be flexible in our capacity to ensure that we can meet the many, varied demands of our customers. Our painting booths allow us to deal efficiently with either high volume work, small batches or one-offs, or large, awkward or complicated components :
- 110m conveyorised system with 2-gun Eurotec manual spray system and 6-gun Eurotec automatic spray system
- Separate off-line paint booth with high capacity oven and Eurotec manual spray system
The critical stage in the powder coating process is pre-treatment. In recognition of this, our extensive pre-treatment facility consists of a 30m, conveyorised, fully automatic, 4-stage line (or, for very large items, a semi-automatic 4-stage process). The process includes :
- Light iron phosphate wash
- Fresh water rinse
- Sealguard rust inhibitor wash
- Gas-powered dry-off tunnel
We are often asked how large an item can be painted in our plant. As there are a number of variables, we may ask you for a drawing, sketch or the part itself in order to check clearances and confirm prices. If in doubt, contact us for information.
